WOMB 2: AN INCLUSIVE FEMALE-PROMOTED EVENT

🌟🌟🌟 FREE ENTRY 🌟🌟🌟

💫 Friday 12th Jan 2018

🌈 18:30 - 01:00 h

📍 Number 90 Bar, Hackney Wick, London

Created by women, celebrating women and enjoyed by all.

Womb 2 is the brainchild of Number 90 Bar’s notorious events programmer, Petra Kluk and rising DJ, Lucid Stannard. Stannard will step up as the resident DJ for the event and will be joined by an array of artists all across the music spectrum from house, techno and disco, to funk and r’n’b.

We’ve been thinking long and hard about what to call this night, then WOMB 2 came to mind. As in: 'Room 2' in underground clubbing. Get it? :) The idea is for it to be a fun day filled with various talents to promote booking more female, female-identifying and non-binary artists within the night life and arts industries. Whether you have a womb or not, you are welcome to join us!

Womb 2 has an open minded music policy, each night welcoming a programme comprising of a live artist, the resident DJ and a well established headline artist to round off the night, while showcasing art and fashion by our closest female friends and empowering each other in the form of workshops and talks.

It disrupts a historically male dominated industry, off the back of the recent rebellion from women who have collectively had enough. We have the opportunity to make it big and give female, FI and NB artists their deserved moment in the spotlight.

Join us for a night of mind-blowing talent, let’s make dry Jan a wet one ;) Lucy & Petra _____________________________________________________________________
